Plant, Grow, Fly Pollinator Habitat

Plant Grow Fly

The Enabling Garden is a certified pollinator habitat in the Plant, Grow, Fly conservation initiative of the Blank Park Zoo.

To help protect our native pollinators we grow both host and nectar plants for insects in our garden. We also have large stones for basking areas, and leave the plant material in our rain garden standing for overwinter protection.

You can learn how to create your own pollinator habitat too!
